Frequently Asked Questions

Will the Session Tracks be the same as last time?

Based on attendee feedback from the previous National User Conference, we have made some changes to the tracks.


Application Track - Geared toward AccuFund users of all levels, with sessions covering best practices and specific module features.

 

Specialty Track - Sessions geared toward specific industries or niches. Government, Nonprofit, Rep Payee and Foundations, among others.
 

Technical Track - Ideal for your IT Staff or AccuFund Administrator to learn more about the technical aspects of working with the system and integrating with other apps.

We have also shifted the Reporting Track to a separate, intensive 2-Day Reporting Boot Camp ahead of the main conference, October 19-20, 2019. Separate registration for the Reporting Boot Camp is required.

Do I need to sign up ahead of time for specific sessions?

There is no need to sign up ahead of time for specific sessions. Just identify which sessions you want to attend - and show up!

Can I attend sessions between tracks or do I need to pick a particular track?

You are free to attend any sessions that best suit your interests - even if they are in different tracks.

Can I switch attendees for the conference, if necessary?

Yes, please email laurag@accufund.com with the new attendee name and email at least one week prior to the event.

 

Who would benefit from attending the conference?

There will be a wide range of sessions geared to all different levels of user experience and job roles. New and experienced users will have many sessions to choose from. IT Staff will also benefit from the various technical sessions.

Will sessions qualify for Continuing Professional Education (CPE)?

Yes, all sessions will qualify for CPE, and proof of attendance will be provided to any attendees who need it. 

 

Do I need a computer?

For the conference sessions, there is no need for a computer. However, all the meeting rooms will be set-up classroom style so if you want your laptop to take notes, you certainly can do so. A computer is required for the Reporting Boot Camp sessions.

What discounts are available?

There are several ways to get discounts:

Early Bird Discount takes $100 off each registration through July 31, 2019.

Multi-Attendee Discount is available if you are sending 3 or more attendees. Email michaela@accufund.com or laurag@accufund.com to get the multi-attendee discount code. This will take $100 off each registration. The Multi-Attendee Discount can be used in conjunction with the Early Bird Discount. 

Reporting Boot Camp Discount. If you are signing up for both days of the Reporting Bootcamp, there is a multi-day registration discount.

 

What transportation options are available?

You can fly into either Colorado Springs or Denver.

​

Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is smaller and easy to get around. It is served by United, Frontier, Delta & American. There are very few direct flights.

  • Approximately 12 miles from the airport to the venue

  • Ground Transportation options are - Car Rental, Taxi, Uber/Lyft or Shuttle

​

Denver International Airport (DEN) offers direct service by most major air carriers.

  • Approximately 84 miles to the venue

  • Ground Transportation options are - Car Rental, Taxi, Uber/Lyft or Shuttle

 

Airport Shuttle option from either COS or DEN: Shuttle reservation and information.

 

How do I make hotel reservations?

AccuSummit will be held at The Antlers Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We have secured a special, AccuFund discounted rate. Reservations can only be made by calling toll free, 888-595-9874 and reference AccuFund. Space is limited.

 

While in Colorado Springs, what is there to do outside of AccuSummit?

The AccuSummit venue, The Antlers Hotel, is located in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. There are a variety of shopping and dining options within walking distance. If you have access to a car, there are numerous attractions close by, including Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. For local attractions, visit  https://www.visitcos.com for more information.

 

Will AccuFund still hold Regional User Meetings in 2019?

There are no plans to hold additional Regional User Meetings in 2019. By consolidating our resources and focusing on one National User Conference in 2019, it allows us to provide a wide breadth of user experiences for our customers.

What is the AccuSummit cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy is 100% refund before August 31, 2019, 50% refund before September 30, 2019 and no refund as of October 1, 2019.
